Week of March 2nd

Hi class

A few things. Thank you to those of you who attended the mandatory diagnostic AP U.S. test on Saturday. You will receive a classwork grade on snapgrades.

There were only a few of you who let me know that you had conflicts that would make it impossible for you to attend. However, out of the 58 students only 34 attended the diagnostic test. I will be talking to each one of you individually to discuss why you did not attend this MANDATORY review session.

This week we will continue the unit on the 1950s. I will have supplementary readings for you later on in the week. Next week (week of March 9th) we will cover the 1960's and 1970's and then the week of March 16th we will study the 1980's to present. The review for the AP U.S. History exam will begin on Monday, March 30th and I will distribute the assignment to you in the next couple of weeks.
